Providing privacy information is a requirement of the DPA. You can find out more about your obligations to provide privacy information from the Information Commissioners Office.
We recommend that you:
- publish your Privacy Policy on your organisation's website
- include a link to your Privacy Policy on WebCollect, either via a link on one of your WebCollect pages, or in the description of a form field, for example if you ask members to consent to the processing of their personal data.
